I'm a lifelong coffee achiever; I drink it black & hot every morning. Which means I don't let anything come between the bean's natural flavor and my mug. Maybe roasting with air is a more gentle way of coaxing out the flavor, and traditional roasting is just more abusive and burning. I really don't know. But I sure know the difference when it comes to flavor, and as I write this I'm enjoying a fresh-brewed cup of ARC's 405 Brasil. Wow. Coffee perfection achieved!
